We started the day getting ready at the one and only 21C Museum Hotel. I love that place!

I mean seriously, how pretty is Lu?

Their wedding ceremony was wonderfully moving.

The Pendennis Club is always swanky... but Kellye and Andrea stepped it up a few notches for sure. I have never seen a room look quite so... blue. It was baller.

Lang is a terrific wedding photographer here in Louisville and Kate is a remarkable girl who is literally changing the world, one child at a time. Now that they are officially engaged (YAY!) I wanted to put them up on the blog for the world to see and celebrate. Lang has been an incredible friend to me and has found a true treasure in Kate. I am so happy for them both!

Warning... these details are drool-worthy.

Darren got all of his groomsmen different cufflinks that had stories behind them from their friendship.

And this was a first for me. Kelly and Darren walked from the wedding to the reception being followed by a bluegrass band and all of their guests. Fun!

This is what a lantern light looks like after you obliterate it with a bouquet during the flower toss.

Instead of doing a traditional garter toss, Danny decided to punk his friend Matt. Story has it that Matt HATES garters. He thinks they're dumb. So instead of throwing the garter to a guest, they decided to pick a name from a bucket. Guess what name was on every paper in the bucket?
